These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glenkirs Video Publish ("the Application", "we", "us"), a private desktop content workflow that integrates with Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API.
By installing, configuring, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application runs on your own computer. It helps you prepare YouTube Shorts and, after your explicit action, publish them to YouTube channels you own and authorize via Google OAuth. The Application is intended for personal or internal use by the channel owner, not as a multi-tenant public hosting service.
Your use of YouTube and Google services is subject to YouTube Terms of Service, Google Terms of Service, and applicable API policies. You are responsible for content you upload and for complying with YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright law, and privacy rights.
Google OAuth client secrets and refresh tokens are stored locally on your machine. You must not share them with unauthorized parties.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, approval of your Google OAuth verification, or successful publication on YouTube.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application or YouTube / Google services.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
